All our planters and baskets are one-of-a-kind, assembled using baskets from many sources and various plants grown in the greenhouse. I suppose that at some point, two planters may turn out the same, but it won't happen very often. If you like a particular style you see here, and/or want certain plants included in a custom planter or basket, just let me know and I will do my best to fulfill your wishes. Our unique planters and baskets will make special gifts for almost any occasion. They will also brighten your kitchen or office space this winter. And several of them include culinary herbs that will be useful in the kitchen this winter as well.
Care of these planters and baskets is similar for all. The plants I use all like sunlight and will do best in a south- or west-facing window during fall and winter. Water the planter or basket lightly once a week and mist a couple times a week to keep the humidity up. If you keep the plants in their containers in spring and summer, they will love to be on a north- or east-facing porch, watered twice a week, and misted occasionally. All these plants, with the exception of the basils, stevia, and rosemary, are winter-hardy perennials. They may all be transplanted into the garden whenever you are finished enjoying them as a houseplant, as soon as the weather warms in spring.
I am just starting to assemble planters and baskets, and will be adding seasonal designs as materials become available. Please check back to see the spring collection in a short time.
